This can be every time you make a change to a file in a selected folder, with a certain frequency, say every 10 minutes, or on a specific day at a specific time each week.Do your PC and Mac users a favor. Make it easy for them to backup their files and give them a place for all of their videos, photos, music and still have room for all of their homework.
